Pupil Voice
Blessed Carlo Acutis Catholic School Senedd
Our School Senedd spans across our four campuses and comprises of two elected students who represent each campus. Our Senedd members meet termly to discuss topics that impact upon the learners across the school.
During our Senedd meetings, it became apparent that as it stands, BCA School Senedd is not a strong enough representation of a whole school Pupil Voice. We already had several strong Pupil Voice groups within each campus, we just needed to strengthen those links and ensure all learners are afforded the same opportunities and experiences through these groups.
Under the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, Article 12 states
Every child has the right to have a say in all matters affecting
them, and to have their views taken seriously.
